Production Process Improvement Engineer

**Job Descriptions**
- Identify and implement process improvements using data analysis, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Update and maintain documents, jigs, and fixtures related to Engineer Change Orders (ECOs).
- Develop and sustain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Collaborate with cross-function teams to address issues, introduce new technologies, and monitor process improvements.
- Provide training to production staff on assembly techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process maps, flowcharts, control plans, and other documentation.
- Support the team with flexibility to work overtime when required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Support the optimization of existing workflows and procedures.
- Evaluate products and processes to ensure standardized quality assurance measurements.
- Collaborate with process improvement teams and engineers.
- Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, and gather and analyze data.
- Assist in the implementation of streamlined solutions.
- Update process documents, create training materials, and monitor the effectiveness of improvements.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor of Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Lean /Six Sigma principles is preferred.
- SAP / MES experience is highly desirable.
- Able to commence work immediately/within short notice
