Currently, we're hiring **Mergers & Acquisitions Consultants** to join us with:

- Minimum 2 PQE with a relevant background in M&A, gained within a law firm or in-house environment
- Strong commercial understanding equipped with excellent interpersonal skills, with the view of adapting to new environments

**The responsibilities for this role will include**:

- Advising on the spectrum of M&A transactions including disposals, restructurings, flotations, takeovers, buy-ins, buyouts, joint ventures and private equity/fund investments
- Engaging in the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of a wide variety of corporate contracts, including share purchase agreements, ancillary documents, disclosure letters, engagement letters, confidentiality agreements, offering memoranda, shareholders agreements, and joint venture agreements
- Providing guidance and support on various corporate policies and other related matters
- Providing excellent attention to detail with the ability to ramp-up quickly in new environments and teams
- Assist and support key stakeholders across all business functions and at varying levels of seniority
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment
- Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to help internal stakeholders meet company goals
