Summary:
We are seeking experienced mid-senior employment investigations lawyers to join our team and work with our Fortune 500 clients. The role involves conducting thorough internal investigations, advising on employment-related legal matters, and collaborating with HR and management to foster a fair and compliant workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct internal investigations into employee-related concerns such as ethical misconduct, internal disputes, harassment, and discrimination.
Provide legal support to global HR functions and advise on employment-related legal matters.
Liaise with senior management during investigations.
Assist in the resolution of employment disputes, including handling grievances and mediations.
Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement effective workplace policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience conducting comprehensive and impartial internal investigations into employee-related HR allegations, including ethical misconduct and policy violations.
Maintain high integrity when handling sensitive information throughout the investigation process.
Proven experience working with senior management.
Willingness to travel to Beijing for interviews and urgent cases as needed.
