- Responsible for handling shipping port expenses, disbursements
- Diligent input of shipment data into eLSA platform
- Superb liaison and coordination with customers
- Swift attention and response to customer’s enquiries
- Close follow-up to optimise cost efficiency and maintain smooth operations to achieve excellent customer service
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Maritime Studies or equivalent
- 2-3 years’ experience in vessel operations, especially in handling port expenses
- Self-motivated and curious learner with a tremendously positive attitude
- Customer oriented with excellent communication skills
- Meticulous and attentive to details
- Resilient and goal-oriented
