**Responsibilities**:
As a member of the Human Resources Team, you will play an integral role in providing HR support to the organizational across the various spectrum of HR functions.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- **Compensation & Benefits**:
- Process payroll and generate reports.
- Verify expenses and allowances.
- Handle payroll documentation and filings.
- Manage employee performance and welfare programs.
- **Insurance**:
- Update employees on insurance matters.
- Submit insurance claims and reports.
- Recruitment & Selection:
- Assist in Work Pass matters and onboarding/offboarding.
- **Training & Development**:
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and support L&D initiatives.
