Originator - Business Development

Business development globally from Southeast Asia to Middle East, Africa etc., especially but not limited to petroleum business, but also the business related to the “new energy” including, but not limited to ethanol, ammonia, hydrogen, bio products, carbon credit, etc.
- Expand the off-shore trading network with oil product export/import companies globally, from Southeast Asia to Middle East, and Africa.
- Support our partner companies to expand their business by advising retail and wholesale strategy and so on.
- Collaborate with teams in various departments of Headquarters, such as Crude and Overseas business development, Supply and Demand department, Carbon neutral department, Marketing department etc., in Japanese to realize the company strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Deep and extensive knowledge and experience on oil products and crude for trading and marketing in Japanese oil refining company
- Master’s degree holder and above qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Japanese languages required for business development and liaising with staff during the whole course of work (listening, reading, speaking, writing)
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Japanese oil refining company
- Minimum 4 years working experience at an oil refinery
- Minimum 4 years working experience of production control and planning of oil refinery
- Experience on training junior staff in Singapore
- Experience on handling crude oil operation and planning
- Experience to proactively identify suppliers’ and/or end user’s needs and cooperate with operating teams to make sure the products and/or crude smoothly be delivered from suppliers and/or to end users with their good satisfaction
