Job Description
- **Why us?**

Siemens Large Drive Pte Ltd is leading the technology in Medium Voltage Motor and Medium Voltage Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). Our Technologies enable the world in to reducing carbon foot print with our best high efficiency and high performance system (motor and Variable speed drive).

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Working with a team mate to Commissioning of Medium voltage Variable Frequency Drive, preventive maintenance, condition monitoring and health checks.
- Timely completion and reporting of commissioning documents and relevant site paperwork for eg: commissioning report and time sheet.
- To liaise with peers, job coordinator and sales personal to ensure site visits, meeting and technical clarification are carried out in a professional and safe manner.
- Training of customers to use equipment and understand basic user functions.
- To cover/ standby service call for one week in a month, to support contractual customers with 24/7adhoc support. To work unsociable hours occasionally if required i.e. Night work and weekends as required.
- will able to take up project management role for scalable size project involved Variable speed drives from time to time.
- Promoting upgrading services and refurbishment initiative to contractual or non-contractual customer together with sales personal.

Efficiency in carry out service and maintenance activities in a safe manner

Compliancy with company as well as site health and safety measures

Quality and accuracy of technical training and instructions given to customers and third parties

Customer Satisfaction.

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Detail and accuracy / following strictly house rule and standard safe work practice.

Ability to effectively organize work functions

A high degree of initiative, flexibility and ability to work in a team

Must be willing to travel across ASEAN, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia. Some work may involve offshore or on board Vessel.

Able to taking the pressure where project management need for coordinating work among other parties.

**Education, knowledge and working experience**:
Diploma or Degree in Power Electronics or Electrical Power disciplines

3-5 years of relevant experience within the industry

Diagnostic and problem solving skills

Good base knowledge of PC (Profibus / Modbus and office tools)

Fluent in spoken and written English

Electrical and Electronic Engineering background is a must
