**About Our Client**:
Our client is Hedge Fund and Asset Management company originated from Beijing, China. They have 3 regional offices and had an established presence in Singapore for over 5 years till today. As they are expanding in Singapore, they are looking to hire a new headcount in the Admin and receptionist department.
You will report to the Office Manager and your role include:
- Supporting the Office Manager in admin tasks and facilities management
- Welcoming and guiding guests and customers when they visit
- Maintaining the receptionist calender and arrangement of meeting rooms
- Keep a detailed and organised filing record
- Supporting EA effort to the bosses of the company
**The Successful Applicant**:
- at least 2 years of experience in admin and receptionist role in order to understand the context
- be able to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers/ clients of the company
- Competency in Microsoft Office software
