Roles & Responsibilities
- Should have passion for solving customer’s technology challenges
- Should have solutions sales experience of 8 to 12 years
- Strong solution selling skills with exposure to technical knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure, Power BI and other Microsoft technologies
- Should have exposure to Automation and Business process management tools & products
- Should have both hunting and farming skills to find new accounts as well manage existing accounts
- Should have excellent client engagement skills to engage client’s key decision makers
- Should have demonstrated excellent skills in navigating and mapping the customer stake holders
- Should have good knowledge on competition and their strategies
- Communicate client needs effectively to internal teams and oversee the bid or quotation process
- Manage and build relationships at all levels with the designated clients that he/she is in charge of;
- Negotiate contract terms with customers and successfully close the deals;
