**Job Scope**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Monitor and track the movement of products and materials using logistics software and tools
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure timely and accurate product delivery
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and carriers to manage shipments and resolve any issues
- Help prepare shipping documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations
- Support logistics team with administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and file management

**Job Requirement**:

- Literate in using Microsoft Office/ERP system
