In this role, we are looking for a GE(General Entertainment) Social & Digital Marketing leader to oversee both Theatrical Social & Digital Marketing as well as DC social & Digital franchise marketing, based in Singapore. This is a People Manager role and will cover a geographical remit of APAC markets.

**Essential job functions**

**Theatrical Social & Digital, APAC**:

- Work closely with stakeholders - regional Theatrical team and Head of Theatrical Marketing -to lead pan-regional social & digital Media campaigns for our Theatrical Business - from strategic development and planning to implementation and post campaign analysis for assigned films.
- Act as key point of contact for major social & digital initiatives across the region and work with local territories on implementing regional campaigns, ensuring timely asset delivery for creation and localization of materials.
- Inspire local Theatrical marketing teams to embrace digital innovation, sharing best practices and ideas across territories and partnering with them to drive opportunities for innovation and excellence in the digital space.
- Work with the Theatrical Marketing Director in-region to review and approve local territory media plans and budgets for upcoming film releases to ensure optimization and budget efficiency. Evaluate media mix and flighting and identify key media stunts to communicate to Home Office and share across markets.
- Communicate and work with Home Office during the campaign planning and implementation process, to provide information as required for filmmakers, production companies and other stakeholders.

**Franchise Social & Digital Marketing (DC), INSEAK**:

- Oversee DC social & digital strategy for INSEAK and build the always-on approach as well as content calendar for the franchise across social & digital platforms in INSEAK.
- Work closely with Brand & Franchise Management team, to build brand affinity and awareness for DC Masterbrand and core characters (as a shared goal); and grow our fanbase as well as fan engagement across social & digital platforms.
- Oversee day-to-day management of our social & digital channels across DC Asia and DC Korea - includes but is not limited to content planning, creative conceptualization and asset planning with Creative team, publishing on platforms, monitoring sentiments and tracking performance.
- Partner with Brand & Franchise Management team to bring 360 franchise marketing plans to life on social & digital platforms; and drive impact across the franchise flywheel (Theatrical, Consumer Products, Comics, Games, OTT, Home Entertainment etc).
- Collaborate with global DC teams to scale up key franchise beats and mobilize fan communities across our INSEAK social & digital channels.

**Requirements**:

- 7-10 years of work experience in marketing with at least 3 years in people management.
- Loves creative storytelling and has a passion for the great content under Warner Bros. Discovery.
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; and the ability to manage stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.
- Is a strong team player and highly collaborative.
- Is able to work in fast-paced environments, under tight timelines and be able to support different brands/projects concurrently.
- Is a forward-thinker who is curious, resourceful and willing to test and learn new things.
