As opportunities in this space are fast-growing with digitalisation, the company is looking to rapidly expand their presence in the South East Asia (SEA) region and customer coverage.

As a Regional Account Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of solution selling - including prospecting, opportunity management (identification/verification/qualification/closure), territory and pipeline management, needs analysis, solution mapping, client presentations, demonstrations, workshops, proof of concepts, proposal development activities such quoting/pricing/legal negotiations, and account management.

**What we hope to find in you**:
10+ years’ experience in selling software solutions with a strong history of success. Ideally with background in one or more of the following industries: Finance, Insurance, CPG or ManufacturingThe ability to recognise compelling reasons for clients and to act upon client requirements.Experience in leading team in complex and competitive sales situations successfully, including proof of concepts.Basic process knowledge in Software Application Lifecycle Management (i.e. requirements management, analysis & design, coding, testing, change & configuration management, release management)Excellent communication skills - both written and verbalExcellent presentation skillsSAP market know-how is a plus
