**Who You Are**:Senior **Maintenance Associate **Engineer**:
**Position Summary**:
***

Lumileds is seeking a highly-qualified equipment AE to take responsibility for etch equipment support as well as PECVD operation

In this role, you will perform equipment maintenance for Dry Etch and PECVD tools.

**What You Will Do**:
1) Responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance for DRY ETCH and PECVD tools which includes the following:

- Vacuum system repairs
- RF/MW systems
- Heating systems
- Other electro-mechanical related maintenance

2) Provides support to daily manufacturing operation priority especially in terms of urgent tool recovery from failure or scheduled maintenance.

3) Adhere to special projects assigned for maintenance procedure improvement, tool modification, upgrades, etc.

4) Work seamlessly with different people within the shift to achieve committed maintenance schedule.
