**Position Overview**:
We are seeking hardworking and fast-hands part-time Florist cum Operations to join our team. As a Florist cum Operations, you will play a vital role in supporting the floral design and operations team.

**Responsibility**:

- Prepare and create the flower and gifts arrangements.
- Process daily customer’s orders and logistics.
- Oversee the entire order processing cycle from order to delivery confirmation.
- Ensure accurate order fulfilment, taking special requests and preferences into account.
- Prepare and upkeep freshness of flowers.
- Water the plants, cut, condition and clean flowers and foliage for storage.
- Prepare floristry materials.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain cleanliness of the premise.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in floral and gifts arrangement. Minimum 1 year of floristry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fast paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Must be able to commit longer hours on peak periods (Valentine's Day & Mother's Day)
