The APJ Midmarket Field Ops Business Partner’s (f/m/d) mission is to boost field productivity, improve business predictability and support executive decision-making. This mission is accomplished among others, by driving adoption and execution of Franchise for Customer Success (F4CS) operational practices which support business process simplification and better operational discipline.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- As a trusted advisor to Regional Midmarket leader and leadership team, to provide state of business updates, insights and analytics from a LACE franchise perspective that would support decision making.
- Establish operational model within Midmarket business in close alignment with internal stakeholders and co-sharing responsibility on sales management & financial success with Regional Midmarket leader.
- Operationalize and facilitate the Midmarket forecast (Volume & Velocity) process and cadence in partnership with the Regional Midmarket leader.
- Drive the Regional forecast cadence, governance and forecast hygiene. Follow up with Market unit leaders and other forecast stakeholders to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Lead the Midmarket Operations BP community within APJ and facilitate knowledge transfer, GTM guidance, to accelerate the adoption and replication of franchise best practices within each Market unit.
- Catalyse long term success of the business by operationalizing Midmarket strategy in partnership with Midmarket Strategy head.
- Develop Midmarket Ops talents and build strong succession bench.
- Consolidate stakeholder (MU, Regional Head of Midmarket) requirements and feedback in order to define business requirements that would allow an adequate, predictable, system-based forecasting in the future.
- Align with Global Midmarket Operations and Regional Franchise team on needed development of processes, tools and reporting assets.
- Collaborate with GTM and Controlling team on annual GTM planning activities including budget development, risk evaluation, and KPI setting.
- Assist Regional Midmarket leader in preparation for scheduled business reviews including MBRs, QBRs and annual operating plan.
- Identify enablement needs and work together with sales readiness teams to bring the targeted training to those in need thereof.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related field and/or role
- Strong business acumen and understanding of SAP’s corporate strategy
- Previous customer success or sales operations experience
- Trusted advisor mindset
- Knowledge of forecast management, CRM, Harmony, and reporting
- Experience analyzing sales data in multiple dimensions (LOB, Geography, etc.).
- Excellent networking, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Customer focus / customer service mindset
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, able to manage ambiguity.
- Ability and willingness to manage tight deadlines
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
