**A. Pre Requisite**
- Min. 5 years of experience as Technical Superintendent in OSV industry
- Prior sea-going engineer( Preferable)
- Technical management with good knowledge of PMS and SMS System
- Competent with Microsoft office and Gantt Chart
- Good report writing skills
- Good knowledge of Class Rules & OSV industry requirements

**B. Work Scope**
- Manage vessels repair & maintenance regime
- Monitor vessels defect list
- Manage Class Survey, MWS inspection, etc
- Involved in Technical purchases
- Coordinate with service providers and contractors
- Monitor vessels performance during charter
- Monitor vessels PMS
- Conduct crew interview and appraisal
- Conduct vessels inspection
- Correspondences with charterer during tenders
- Update charterer on ships status
- Propose improvements to workflows and processes to improve efficiency
- Undertake any other technical related assignments on ad-hoc basis

- Possess high integrity and pride in his/her works
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
