**The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the implementation of the quality processes, procedures, and policies required to manage and control Marken’s Logistics Operations in Marken Singapore. This will ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and regional and local regulations and requirements. In conjunction with the Global Quality Assurance Group, the QA Manager will assist with the implementation of policies and standards across the business and in the management of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with GMP and GDP as appropriate. The Quality Assurance Manager's responsibilities shall not be limited to the following**:

- Effectively interacts with other logistics Quality managers, logistics Operations managers, and stakeholders to maintain quality and help introduce new Quality improvements.
- Agree on standards and define Quality Operations processes and respective procedures through effective controlled document issues and management.
- Liaise with clients on QA/GDP-related matters.
- Manage deviations, customer complaints, and resulting CAPAs of CN.
- Prepare an internal audit schedule and perform internal audits including report preparation and assessment and tracking of associated corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
- Prepare an external audit program and perform audits of external service providers as part of the vendor selection process.
- Host Client audits and Regulatory Inspections and provide QA information and support.
- Ensure the local implementation of Client Technical (Quality) and Service Level Agreements.
- Identify relevant GDP/QA-related training needs and deliver training where required.
- Perform a review and release of incoming material receipts in accordance with relevant SOPs.
- Perform QA role in qualification/validation activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum a Diploma in any discipline or at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Preferable from the Pharmaceutical / Lifescience / Healthcare or 3rd Party Logistics industry
- Sound knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice Regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- An organized, methodical, and efficient approach to work
- Significant experience working in a Quality assurance role within a GDP-regulated position.
