Quality Control Manager

**Job Summary**
The role incumbent is expected to develop and execute key quality assurance plans and strategies that will uphold the service quality standards.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Work with Senior Management team to formulate strategies, policies and execution plans on quality matters.
- Review internal policies & practices to ensure they are up to date.
- Support immediate superior on quality planning process, including market studies and trend analysis.
- Build a highly competent Quality Management System with responsibility for implementing and sustaining quality policies, procedures and performance standards.
- Help to prepare annual budgets and expenditure related to quality-domain.
- Act as Point of Contact with external stakeholders and/or government agencies such as Singapore Food Agency (SFA), Enterprise Singapore (ESG), Health Science Authority (HAS) on relevant quality matters.
- Plan, conduct & coordinate quality related training which will increase proficiency in safe work practices & promote quality consciousness.
- Lead and conduct internal quality audits, following up on audit findings and proposed next course of actions.
- Lead and obtain external quality accreditations such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 45000, GDP-MDS/SS620:2016 and SS644:2019 certifications.
- Lead, conduct and analyze external customer satisfaction surveys with focus on addressing key concerns and feedback.
- Ensure proper governance and compliance with all corporate internal control and audit requirements including financial, procurement, operational policies and procedures.
- Undertake any ad hoc assignments as may be assigned from time to time.
- Requirements
- Minimum degree in Business or equivalent
- At least 5-8 years’ experience in implementing quality management system and quality assurance programs
- Good experience in quality accreditation process such as ISO 9001 & medical logistics e.g. GDP-MDS/SS620:2016 and SS644:2019 certifications
- Proven ability to investigate, analyze and solving problems at work
- Team player with good interpersonal skills who can interact and work well with people at all levels
- Articulate and able to write well
**Requirements**:
