About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Professional to join our team as a National Contract Logistics Quality Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong background in quality management, regulatory compliance, and logistics operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our Healthcare Quality Management System, adhering to customer, regulatory, and certification requirements. They will execute core quality responsibilities, support business needs, and focus on key objectives such as:
- Maintaining timely application and maintenance of required licenses.
- Representing the organization during audits by customers, authorities, and certification bodies.
- Implementing, maintaining, and improving the Contract Logistics Healthcare Quality Management System (QMS).
- Managing the change control process, performing risk assessments, and overseeing closure of change requests.
In addition, the Quality Specialist will identify quality risks within logistics operations, implement risk mitigation and proactive improvement strategies, and ensure qualified/validated storage environments with continuous temperature and humidity monitoring.
