Assist teachers by coordinating additional lesson arrangements and providing student-related information as needed.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with students and parents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promote the School’s courses and music products; conduct course consultations for prospective students and parents.
- Manage student billing and collect payments from parents or students.
- Plan and coordinate student timetables effectively to match teacher availability and student needs.
- Be available to work on weekends, based on the branch's operational requirements.
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the branch premises at all times.
- Communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin to cater to a diverse customer base.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,300.00 per month
