**Your new company**
A growing market leader is currently looking for a People & Culture Advisor to be part of their team to oversee and support the business on all HR related matters. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.
**Your new role**
You will be part of the HR team as a People & Culture Advisor looking after end-to-end employee life cycle, recruitment, payroll, succession planning as well as talent management for Singapore and APAC. You would be responsible for driving and championing HR functions/initiatives within the organisation. Additionally, you will be given opportunities to work on exciting regional HR projects that the company initiates.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:
- Strong in HR operations and business partnering experiences
- Comfortable being standalone contributor supporting on all functions of HR
- Independently manage stakeholders, performance discussion, manage year end appraisal.
- Ideally be fluent in Mandarin as you will be speaking and managing with Chinese market clients and businesses.
