Trade Operations Assistant

- Perform trade operations of iron ore transactions.
- Routine operation works including Contract checking, Letter of Credit issuance, B2B L/C match, payment follow up, etc.
- Liaise with Singapore Bank trade operations team.
- Liaise with HQ's trade team (Madarin required).
- Trade monitoring, follow up the progress of ongoing shipments.
- Operational risk management.
- Follow trader’s instruction, report to trading manager.

Qualification / Position Requirements:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma required, Bechelor degree preferred.
- 1-2 years trading operation experience preferred, good at documentations.
- Good reading, typing and communication skill in both Chinese and English.
- Careful, focus personality, can handle complexity and calculation, willing to learn.
- Mature and integrity, adapted in team work.
- local residents and Malaysian preferred.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
