**Key Responsibilities**:
**Trade Execution & Coordination**:

- Support the execution of oil trades, including the management of physical and financial aspects of trade execution.
- Liaise with traders to ensure timely and accurate execution of deals, ensuring that trade terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon.
- Collaborate with internal teams (trading, finance, compliance) to ensure smooth execution of transactions from execution to settlement.

**Logistics & Supply Chain Management**:

- Manage and oversee the logistics and transportation of oil products, including coordination of shipping, storage, and delivery.
- Work closely with shipping companies, terminals, and warehouse operators to ensure timely and cost-efficient movement of oil.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all operational terms and conditions set forth in the trade agreements.

**Risk Management & Compliance**:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks associated with the execution and delivery of oil trades.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and contractual obligations, including international trade laws, sanctions, and environmental regulations.
- Work with the risk and compliance teams to ensure that all trades are in line with internal policies, and regulatory frameworks.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of all trade documentation, including contracts, bills of lading, letters of credit, and invoices.
- Maintain and organize accurate records for all trades and operational processes for audit purposes.
- Provide regular reports on trading operations, including performance metrics, trade status, and operational issues, to senior management.

**Market Analysis & Performance Monitoring**:

- Assist traders by providing market insights and operational data to support trading decisions.
- Monitor the oil markets, supply chain disruptions, and geopolitical developments that could affect oil trade operations.
- Work closely with the trading team to evaluate opportunities, and identify potential risks and areas for improvement in trade execution.

**Team Leadership & Collaboration**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to junior operators, helping them develop their skills and knowledge of the trading and logistics processes.
- Promote a collaborative working environment, working closely with other departments such as finance, logistics, and legal to resolve issues and streamline operations.
- Ensure effective communication between internal and external stakeholders, including traders, clients, brokers, suppliers, and regulators.
