**Yamal Trade **is looking for an **LNG Vessel Operation Executive **to join its Shipping Team. Yamal Trade is holding long term Time Charters to service its pioneering Arctic LNG project. Yamal Trade chartered fleet is composed of a total of 26 LNG carriers and 2 condensate tankers. The position is based in Singapore.

The appointee is to assist and support the Vessel Operations Lead in the following:

- Provide detailed voyage instructions to YT chartered fleet.
- Monitor vessels’ operating performance (consumption, vessels’ off-hire, etc) through daily reports.
- Ensure each shipment is carried out as per contractual commitment (long term and spot), so as to safeguard company’s commercial interests.
- Anticipate and contribute suggestions for schedule optimization, as needed.
- Handle claims such as post-voyage demurrage off-specs issues and auxiliary items.
- Ensure timely issuance of documents such as Bill of Lading and Letter of Indemnities, surveyor reports, etc.
- Maintain updated records of vetting records for the fleet (SIRE, SSCS, etc).
- Liaise with third parties including but not limited to buyers, vessel crews, ship managers, port agents, bunkering suppliers, surveyors, etc.
- Provide support to other departments as required.
- Assist in the updating of Contingency Plan, Operating Manuals and Charterer's Instructions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Maritime or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant working experience in handling vessel operations.
- Exposure to LNG/Oil industry, tankers preferred but not essential.
- Excellent English written skills & good communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Able to work outside office hours if necessary.
