**About the Role**

The President role at Hive Health is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team where you can have an outsized impact on the healthcare journey of our members. You will work closely with the Hive executive leadership to develop and drive implementation the product roadmap as well as oversee the operations of delivering a differentiated healthcare experience for our users. By leading Hive’s product development, engineering, and operations teams, you will be part of a cross-functional team that scales our services to small and medium businesses who are the backbone of the economies across Southeast Asia

**Responsibilities**
- Lead development of strategic vision of the company at the Board and executive management committee levels
- Lead hiring locally in Singapore and other Southeast Asian markets to build a high performing team
- Responsible for managing product and operations teams, provide coaching and career development support for direct reports
- Own and deliver end-to-end product vision and roadmap for patients healthcare providers, and internal teams, working from ideation to implementation
- Champion product and operational excellence by establishing key metrics and driving continuous improvements to the user experience and provider operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues in growth, customer success, medical operations, finance to respond to evolving customer needs

**Qualifications**
- At least 6 years of combined experience in business management, management consulting, data science, international development, and product development
- Strong problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience in business strategy, stakeholder management, and delivering business objectives
- Strong leadership skills with ability to work collaborative, lead cross-functional teams, and manage direct reports
- Results-driven, growth mindset, with ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Work experience or coursework in two or more of the following programming languages and software: Python, R, JavaScript
- Familiarity with unstructured or non-standardized data to drive business analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communications with fluency in English

**Location**
- This position is based in Singapore with hybrid work flexibility
- Travel to the Philippines and other Southeast Asia markets may be required based on business need
