DESIGNATION : Intern, Collaborative Impact

RESPONSIBILITIES
A) **Project prep and follow-up work including**:

- Research and/or follow up on potential organisations and/or charities for further partnerships
- Monitor, follow up and track attendance of all events (on Excel)
- Send pre
- Upload attendance and related data into Salesforce
- Tracking of performance of programs

**B) Project logistics support including**:

- Source for suitable F&B, venue options and other related items for events
- Receive F&B items, setting them up at designated areas and ensure proper clean-up after
- Set up venues (at NVPC and external) and tear down after

QUALIFICATIONS
- Year 2 4 student at a local university
- Able to write clearly and concisely
- Able to analyse simple data and make recommendations
- Has an eye for details
- Enjoys event management preferably
