**LOCATION**

This position is located at our corporate office in Singapore.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in the production of investment underwriting models examining various opportunities to determine suitability of opportunity
- Examine and assess economic and market trends, earnings prospects, financial statements and various other indicators and factors to determine suitable investment strategies
- Prepare and present financial models / feasibility analyses for existing and new properties across the globe
- Create compelling and creative business plans for various new business opportunities
- Support and strategize in the negotiation of management, joint venture, investment, and land acquisition agreements
- Participate in project positioning, branding, and product development discussions
- Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of Bachelors degree, International Hospitality is highly preferred
- Prior work experience in high-end luxury hospitality In-depth knowledge and experience in business modelling across Asia, Europe and Middle East markets
- Strong analytics capabilities - demonstrated ability in utilizing internal and external data to manage performance and provide insights
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast paced environment
- Good people skills and the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders
