**Role Overview**: This is a critical leadership role that oversees the risk management and control functions within Customer Centre. Works closely with the Head of Customer Centre and Top Team of the Customer Centre to develop strategy to deliver world class customer service for the business. Ensure that Customer Centre is well coordinated and function with clear goals and objectives with quality risk control. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework for Customer Centre operations.* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring alignment with organizational risk appetite.* Design and maintain effective control processes, procedures, and policies.* Collaborate with senior management to establish risk management goals and objectives.* Provide risk management guidance and oversight to Customer Centre teams.* Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.* Develop and manage risk management training programs for Customer Centre staff.* Foster a risk-aware culture, encouraging employee involvement and accountability.* Report on risk management performance and emerging risks to senior leadership.* Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.* Manage relationships with internal audit, compliance, and external regulators.* Develop and manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to support risk management initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in senior management role that involved risk management, internal audit, or other related field
- Proven records of success in managing risk and control processes.* Strong knowledge of risk management principles, frameworks, and industry standards.* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to think strategically and make data driven decisions* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.* Experience with auditing, assessment, and compliance activities.* Strong understanding of regulatory requirement and industry standard* Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
