We are looking for an F&B Operations Manager manage the day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards for 1345 Mookata & Bistro.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- To lead the operations team to deliver within specific standards and schedules required
- To manage overall costs including material, equipment, manpower & etc
- To maintain and improve the overall performance of the outlet on a regular basis including cost analysis and monitoring of processes
- To work along with the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotion plans
- Manage and supervise the food & beverage staff to ensure maximum utilization of the manpower allocated
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS software & etc)
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
- Communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Must have Food Hygiene Certificate or Food Hygiene Officer Certificate
- A team player, meticulous, organized and service-oriented
- Able to work shifts, including Weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to start work immediately
- Able to handle complaints well and good management skills

**Working hours**:
**3pm to 12mn, 6 day work week**:
