Conduct research and develop reports on the APAC region market's financial industry and business trends (including politics, economy, society, digital & innovation, and sustainability development goals)
- Research into sustainability latest practices and trends such as transition finance, climate change, biodiversity
- Research on investment implications of environmental, social and governance factors (ESG) in Asia
- Create and maintain connections with authorities and other companies (including potential partners and existing partners) in APAC to gain useful and relevant information
- Possess good analytical skills to identify critical business questions, and develop insights/report for management and headquarter
- Organise meetings with external parties, participate in seminars and develop summaries to disseminate information internally
- Promote the awareness and incorporation of sustainability as part of company culture
- Participate in conferences to gather latest information on sustainability trends
- Build and maintain/expand connections with financial institutions, government agencies, financial and asset owners alliance for Net Zero initiatives

Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university, of any discipline
- Min. 1 year of market research experience in Financial/Insurance/Asset Management/ Sustainability in ASEAN market
- Good knowledge of sustainability concepts & principles
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in report writing skills, and actively listen to others' ideas and feedback
- Proficient in utilizing PowerPoint to communicate finding in a clear and concise manner
- Proficient in making clear and comprehensive notes / minutes during the meeting to capture relevant & important information, decisions and actions
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive team culture Team Worker
- Embrace ambiguity and strive for continuous progress and improvement
- Japanese language proficiency to transate internal and external documentation research work and communication would be an advantage
