**Research Analyst** at RIMM Sustainability

RIMM Sustainability is a sustainability management platform designed to power sustainable performance. The RIMM platform, driven by best in class AI and data science, powers leading SMEs and financial institutions across the world. The platform empowers companies with intelligent tools for sustainability management, reporting and optimisation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support Research team and senior management through in-depth industry/domain research, data analysis and report writing around sustainability.
- Assist in the planning and production of various products.
- Constantly develop knowledge and expertise on ESG/sustainability.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve research coverage.
- Participate in the developments of various new research initiatives.
**Key Requirements**
- At least 1 year’s working experience.
- Prior professional experience in the field of ESG/sustainability preferred.
- Deep understanding of ESG/sustainability issues for companies. Familiarity with sustainability/ESG reporting frameworks an advantage.
- Excellent qualitative research skills. Quantitative research skills desirable but not required.
- Data analysis experience an advantage.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and oral. Fluency in Asian languages an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Client engagement experience an advantage.
- Self-motivation, independence, flexibility and ability to work for a young, entrepreneurial firm.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
