Finance Department

Our global headcount continues to increase & this of course brings with it several exciting Finance projects & opportunities. Key Job Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivable function including timely issuance of invoices & statement of accounts, recording of receipts and routine AR aging report.
- Work with Commercial Management team to follow up on the collection and timely reconciliation/resolution of any amounts in dispute.
- Oversee monthly intercompany reconciliation.
- Key person to manage, escalate and resolve transaction issues.
- Maintain timely and accurate monthly and year-end schedules, including Accounts Receivable Ageing, trade receivables and other debtors in assistance of General Ledger accountants.
- Implement and/or review policies and procedures to propose best practices to standardize and enhance AR billings, collections, credit management, internal controls and maintaining accurate records & reports.
- Drive process improvements through collaboration with internal departments to advocate industry best practices
- Support the Senior management in the working capital management with the weekly and monthly revenue and collections report.
- Other AR accounting tasks include but are not limited to:

- reviewing monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting packages.
- reviewing IFRS 15 for revenue recognition and ensuring that transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with policies in the proper accounting periods.
- Managing various audits and liaise with auditors related to AR matters.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and/or initiatives to identify and drive continuous improvements in process efficiencies
