**Overview**

In this critical highly visible role, you will work collaboratively across sales, legal, revenue, finance, product, customer support, etc. to price, structure, draft and negotiate consolidated contracts that drive ARR growth while adhering to corporate financial objectives, policies and processes. You must be a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment where your decisions and actions make an impact.

**What You'll Do**
- Own the deal and contract process for Commercial Customer accounts, including strategic and historical pricing analysis, financial governance, policies and procedures adherence and revenue recognition.
- Identify negotiation levers based on full knowledge of licensing contract to cover monetization of contractual rights that are above and beyond standard SKU level licensing rights
- Proactively enable and train sales how to shape the commercials and license structure to ensuring corporate goals are met and desired revenue recognition.
- Review sales exceptions on regular basis to improve commercial process.
- Draft transaction documents and ensure contractual language to ensure transactions comply with legal, licensing s, revenue and commercial policies. Collaborate and escalate to legal for non-standard terms.
- Provide guidance throughout the entire quote-to-contract process in order to ensure proper processing, contract reviews, redlines and feedback.
- Develop and maintain playbooks, policies, best practices repositories, and training materials to drive consistent and efficient best practices.
- Review royalty reports from outsource partners/strategic territory partners and manage passthrough royalty review process.

**Who You Are**
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or business preferred.
- Analytical mind with focus on big picture to drive change.
- 5 years experience in Commercial management role within a software company reviewing commercial outbound contracts, negotiating with customers and structuring license deals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work with all levels of management
- Self-starter, ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
