**Deal Desk Manager, APAC**
Scandit’s Sales Operations Team is looking for a talented individual who will deliver excellence in the day-to-day deal creation and deal approval processes. This is a high visibility role, partnering closely with our APAC Sales Team, where the primary goal is to positively impact the sales cycle. You will also work closely with the Sales Operations, Finance and Legal functions as well as executives to structure, create, review and approve quotes and orders. The Sales Operations Manager’s goals are to reduce sales cycles, increase deal size and maintain up-sell possibilities to ensure Scandit’s long-term interests.

Scandit enables enterprises and consumers to change the way they interact with everyday objects and augment the physical world with real-time data captured by scanning barcodes and recognizing text, objects, and other visual identifiers using smartphones, tablets, wearables, drones, and robots.
Scandit’s mobile data capture platform is built on proprietary computer vision, augmented reality, and machine learning technologies. Companies in industries such as retail, transportation and logistics, manufacturing, and healthcare can use Scandit’s technology to create and power mobile apps for crucial enterprise workflows like mobile point of sale, mobile shopping, self-checkout, inventory management, and proof of delivery. Many of the world’s most innovative and successful companies are benefiting from Scandit’s enterprise-grade mobile data capture platform, including Sephora, Nissan, DHL, and Levi Strauss & Co.
**What you will do**
- Support the APAC Sales Team in building and positioning complex offerings, which involves coordinating other functions involved in the deal structuring process such as Legal, Accounting and Product. Support.
- Analyze, evaluate and approve quotes to assure consistency with Scandit’s commercial scheme and find and advise creative solutions for non-standard deal terms.
- Pull the strings by coordinating and acting as a gatekeeper for deal support requests.
- Review non-standard Order Forms to meet revenue recognition policies.
- Provide input to further develop Scandit’s licensing scheme and opportunity-to-cash process.
**Who you are**
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner which is able to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong business acumen.
- Reasoned and concise communicator who is confident to express their opinion.
- Ability to work independently and excel in a fast-growing and fast-paced environment while managing deadlines and accuracy.
- Comfortable giving guidance to Senior Sales, and VPs and CEO on larger enterprise agreements.
- Comfortable with navigating and assessing complex contracts and legal terms. Previous experience in Enterprise Software and license agreements is a plus.
- Hold at least a bachelor degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience (Pricing, Deal Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Projects, or the like).
- Must be able to handle volume peaks at the end of the quarter.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English.
