Head of Grace Kids

We are looking for dynamic individuals who are called and gifted to join our Next-Gen pastoral team You will be responsible for growing the children’s ministry which includes discipling children and leaders under your charge. You have the appropriate gifting and relevant experience working with children 3-10 years old and adult leaders in a fast-paced environment. You are spiritually mature and fun loving, warm and caring, resourceful, visionary and have digital fluency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Strategic planning, budget management, stakeholder (parents and leaders) management and ministry administration
- Children’s curriculum planning, curating and writing
- Lead, equip and coach master teachers and trainers
- Direct hybrid (onsite and online) operations, including planning and executing projects, events, and teaching sessions
- Recruit, train and manage youth and adult volunteers
- Oversee various creative arts teams within Grace Kids, including worship, drama and crafts
- Provide pastoral care for children and mentoring for leaders
- Outreach to pre-believing children within and beyond the church walls
- Collaborate with other ministries to advance and strengthen the church
- Partner with adult pastors to disciple especially parents with young children
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Passionate about nurturing children and building their faith
- Conversant with children’s learning needs and pedagogies
- Good team leader and player with good people skills
- Theological training, preferably, from an accredited college and relevant children’s ministry experience
- Applicants with lesser experience would be considered for the role of children’s ministry staff
