Grace Assembly is looking for Missions Awareness Executive to support Grace Missions.

**Responsibilities**
- In-charge of planning, coordinating, and executing both short-term and long-term programmes, events, and activities, to increase missions awareness
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (such as country directors, pastors, media team, volunteers, and agencies) to produce relevant and suitable missions awareness materials and contents
- Project manage and coordinate the submission, vetting, editing, and translating of missions articles and testimonies in the central depository
- Oversee all publicity, updates, and promotional activities to create missions awareness, including but not limited to website and social media
- Manage the preparation and design of annual missions report
- Provide administrative support for missions trips, procurement, timely approval and disbursement of funds, expense management
- Assist in drafting and vetting of project proposals, partner agreements and other documentations
- Assist in training administration, including the use of online media and educational technology
- Secretariat duties such as scheduling, minutes of meetings, coordination and follow-up for actions
- Ensure effective internal and external communications, and stakeholder management
- Manage, track and collate annual budget plans and reallocation
- Ensure timely renewal of MCCY Fund Raising license

- Independent, resourceful, motivated, and meticulous team player with a positive mindset
- Self-initiated individual, who can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills to work with other ministries, volunteers, and partners
- Possess good organizational, planning, and administrative skills
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively and thrive under tight timelines
- Possess reasonable knowledge of marketing and understanding of digital/social media
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including editing and proofreading skills

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related disciplines
- Proficient in computer processing skills such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Relevant experience in a similar environment is advantageous
- Operational knowledge of designing tools and HTML will be a plus
