A distinguished cybersecurity professional is required to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive global cybersecurity awareness and training program.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and support the Cyber Awareness & Training global Centre of Excellence across regions, including APAC, EMEA, US, and Japan.
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts or regional representatives to create and execute a strategic global cybersecurity awareness and training program.
- Design and deliver cyber training programs, including eLearning, social engineering tests, and regular cyber awareness initiatives, to enhance cybersecurity knowledge across all organizational levels and countries.
- Develop practical training modules and simulations to provide real-world cybersecurity experience, working closely with colleagues from various regions and departments.
- Maintain strong relationships with regional teams to ensure consistent delivery and messaging, while promoting global collaboration to enhance the Bank's collective cybersecurity posture.
- Work effectively as a team player with the bank's cybersecurity professionals to achieve program objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders, leveraging innovative learning technologies and methods to boost engagement and retention.
- Cross-departmental collaboration is essential for seamless integration of cybersecurity awareness into business processes, ensuring alignment with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
- A passion for continuous improvement is vital, along with coaching and guiding less experienced members of the team, driving success through teamwork and professional development.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in running Cyber Security Awareness and Training Programs in corporate environments, with a proven track record of delivering effective programs that drive results. Experience in cybersecurity operations or vulnerability management, along with strong communication skills and an ability to work in a multi-national corporate environment, is highly desirable.
