**Role Summary**

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and leading the Impact and ESG related initiatives to support Quadria’s portfolio companies in their journey to integrate sustainable thinking in their strategies.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Help drive Quadria’s overall impact measurement and management (IMM) framework along with methodology and procedures for ESG integration at the Fund and portfolio level.
- Driving the implementation of Quadria’s IMM Framework and ESG related policies across the firm.
- Be an ambassador to drive impact and ESG agenda across the firm and develop ongoing training agenda to build awareness, expertise and culture.
- Work across teams to integrate impact and ESG-related investment solutions to clients.
- Support Investment team in engaging with prospective clients and positioning impact and ESG as a positive business driver.
- Contribute to Quadria’s thought leadership program and raise Quadria’s Impact and ESG profile in external forums (conferences, panels, industry working group).
- Support production of Annual Impact and ESG Report and any Impact statements for AGM etc as well as other reporting requirements on Impact and ESG.
- Assist with consolidation of different LP requirements for Impact and ESG monitoring and reporting at Fund level.
- Support implementation of Impact and ESG data management system including digitalization.

**Experience**
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience with consulting, hedge fund, private equity or investment management firm would be a major advantage

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Post-graduate degree/diploma in Environment Science/Sustainable Management preferable

**Skills**
- Adept in Impact Management Principles and Frameworks such as IMP, IFC Operating Principles of Impact, IRIS+, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) etc.
