- Working Location: Tuas (5 mins walk from Tuas Crescent MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon -Fri, 8.30 am - 5.45 pm)
- Salary Package**: Up to $4000 +AWS + Performance Bonus**:

- Duration: Full Time/ Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the preparation and delivering technical presentations and quotations, explaining products or services to customers and engineers to assess equipment/screen needs and determine customer’s requirements.
- Maintain existing customers' accounts.
- Respond to customers' enquiries, follow-up and provide solutions to clients.
- Review and prepare sales quotations as per customer's enquiries.
- Provide regular updates to customers on project development in a timely manner.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Conduct PPM (pre-production meeting).
- Sales coordination between factory and overseas sales offices.
- Liaising with customers on technical specifications.
- Conduct a thorough contract review with the clients prior to receiving Sales Order confirmation.
- Ensure correct and full information about the Sales order is passed to engineering and production. Able to prepare job sheets with all relevant client requirements in it.
- Support team in preparing marketing, sales & presentation materials.
- Provide information to the team on market forecast and participate in market analysis.
- Sales follows-ups. (Temporary) To include partial Supply Chain role (Pipes & Raw Materials ordering &Pipes & Raw Materials cost controlling)
- Promote and participate in company-wide or departmental programs such as Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing, etc.
- Willing to travel when and if needed.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
