**Key responsibilities**:
- Review and design total compensation programs and practices that are relevant to address business and talent needs.
- Work with Global Rewards team to monitor, benchmark, develop and execute compensation programs.
- Understand the competitive landscape in APAC markets, translate up-to-date market data into proactive developmental actions.
- Implement and manage global market benchmarking data and market data analysis, ensuring compensation is externally competitive and aligned with the company’s compensation philosophy.
- Act as primary advisor on compensation-related matters, and partner with HR Business Partners to communicate compensation philosophy, programs, policies, and guidelines.
**Role requirements**:
- Expert knowledge in Total Rewards with at least 10-15 years of relevant work experience in a similar function.
- Strong project management skills with ability to advise / influence multiple key stakeholders.
- Good organizational skills with an ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.
- A team player with high interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills (advanced knowledge of Excel).
