**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Corporate Partnerships**: Identify and build relationships with key corporate partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure long-term collaboration.
- **Fundraising & Event Management**: Lead fundraising campaigns, manage events, and create impactful digital content for donor engagement.
- **Engagement & Communication**: Design stewardship programs, strategize corporate engagement, and manage relationship-building efforts.
- **Strategic Planning**: Contribute to long-term planning and execute sustainable partnership strategies in alignment with Federation goals.
- **Compliance & Reporting**: Ensure adherence to budgets, compliance policies, and provide regular impact reports to leadership and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Approximate 2 years of related working experience
- Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Salary**: $3,300- $3,500

Working location: Central-East
