HR Admin Assistant

Responsible for the day-to-day handling and recording of all Incoming/Outgoing correspondences and documents including filing.
Maintain master corporate calendar of all all-hands events, conferences, holidays and vacations.
Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
Assist in all incoming calls.
Management of and custodian of office stationeries and supplies.
Assist in the computation of general workers payroll (fortnightly).
General administrative and clerical support to all departments.
Any other tasks or special project which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum with G.C.E. ‘A’ level.
Minimum 2 years experience as an Admin Assistant or in other secretarial position
Possess general administrative function and practices. Computer knowledge in Microsoft Words and Excel is essential.
Good command of English is preferred.
