**Responsibilities**

**E-commerce Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless functionality, timely product launches, and up-to-date pricing and product information
- Set up and manage online campaigns, including configuring discounts, activating promotional codes, and updating homepage and category visuals
- Support the Marketing & E-commerce Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, including keyword research, proposals, and keyword mapping to drive organic traffic
- Collaborate with affiliate partners to coordinate special promotions and partnership opportunities
- Work closely with external agencies to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns for maximum performance

**Sales Support and Customer Service**:

- Prepare, update, and maintain B2B price lists for retail partners
- Liaise with existing B2B customers to collect forecasts

**Requirements**:

- Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and website management (with experience in the SDA/FMCG industry a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Experience working with online platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Lazada, and Shopee
- Working knowledge of the European market is an advantage
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines within budget
