**Designation**: Manager, Performance Marketing

**Job Purpose**: Marketing for Hydration Drink Products

**Job Duties**:
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing strategies, analyze campaign performance, and drive continuous improvement in user acquisition and conversion rates.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will have to consistently drive user engagement.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns and provide support in sales decisions to ensure brand’s overall objectives are achieved.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and other relevant channels.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Drive digital marketing through data analytics and ROIs in mind.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and emerging platforms, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Responsible for creating digital assets with hands-on experience in the development of digital banner ads, social media ads, SEM ads including image choice, copy writing and media planning functions.
- Collaborate with the brand team to develop ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive conversion.
- Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance and KPIs to key stakeholders.
- Any other start up business requirements.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Minimum relevant University Degree (preferably with minimum 5 years working experience in digital marketing, ecommerce and/or in FMCG industry)
- Excellent in managing big numbers, data analysis, and with appetite for growth through results-led experimentation.
- High proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and take ownership in the roles and projects.
