**Job Desciption**
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Writing and proof-reading creative copy for social media, campaigns & press releases
- Organising events, pop-ups and brand collabs
- Coordinating between operations and creatives for content creation.
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical marketing information and reports.
- Improve and optimize digital communications adverts - SEO, Google Ad Words, Social media and other digital advertising platforms.
- Managing of PR activities from crafting press releases fielding media enquiries, pitching stories to media, hosting media, preparing of media kits and preparing business owners for any keynote speeches, media coverage and participation
- Develop PR and brand marketing strategy for seasonal offerings to drive promotional activities.
- Establish brand partnerships to expand brand offerings.
- Establish marketing budgets and Ad spends to drive purchase conversions on e-commerce platform and retail spending.
- Support respective marketing/operations where necessary
Community management for the respective platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Google Business
- To create CRM program, and to come up with sales, conversion and retaining strategies to grow and maintain the customer base.
- To assist and be involved in the hiring process for any applicants under the Marketing department
- To train and oversee new trainees or associate under the Marketing Department and to ensure that all tasks assigned to them are done in a timely and orderly manner.

**Pre-requisites**:

- 2-3 years of experience in marketing in F&B/Hospitality Establishments.
- Bonus if you have graphic design/ social media content/ production background
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Able to work in face paced environment

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
