As a part of our aggressive growth plan to seize the current market opportunities, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive in the CRM and Marketing Services domain to develop an launch digital marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy, including:

- Measure and report campaign performances, and assess against ROI and KPI
- Identify trends and insights, enhancing spend & optimizing campaign performance
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to manage the content creation process
- Stay abreast of new and emerging digital marketing tools, platforms, opportunities and trends to adopt where applicable
- Support the BD team with other responsibilities as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in digital marketing strategy and optimization
- Strong analytical mindset & critical thinking ability
- Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
- Experience in managing/coordinating with 3rd party agencies
- Experience in optimizing landing pages
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Experience with marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, Vimeo etc.) would be advantageous
- Experience with SAAS/ CRM/ Loyalty / Rewards programs/ Martech softwares is preferred
- Able to perform well in a team environment

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related experience
- At least 3-4 years of Digital Marketing experience preferably in IT Solutions/Technology industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to display thought leadership and champion new ideas
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month

- 13th month salary

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
