The Business Development / Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, prospecting, engaging and closing new B2B deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- PRM, Channel Incentives and Loyalty Program domain
- B2B Sales Management - Prospecting, Pitching and Negotiating
- Manage end-to-end Sales Process
- Meeting quarterly and annual sales targets
- SEA market responsibility

**Requirements**:

- You have 5-8 years sales experience in a similar function (B2B sales to enterprise clients)
- You are graduate from University with major in Business/Marketing
- You have demonstrated skills in:

- Selling CRM/Loyalty Technology Solutions and Marketing Services
- Sales Communication and Sales Presentations
- Sales Management experience from Funnel development to Deal closure
- Sales experience in multiple industries including Technology/ Manufacturing/ FMCG/ Pharma/Industrial Automation
- You have prior experience in marketing agencies, digital agencies or technology solutions company in a regional role.
- You have a successful track record of developing customer relationships and closing deals

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
