SENIOR ASSISTANT / ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
(MENTAL CAPACITY ACT, ADOPTION, PROBATE)

**What you will be working on**
- Lead and manage a team of registry executives, ensuring efficient workflow in the registry (Probate, MCA & Adoption) and the smooth running of operations in the department;
- Identify enhancements in work processes and IT system changes that are required;
- Supervise day to day matters in the registry, these include reviewing system requests, enquiries and issues received from government agencies/litigants/members of the public, as well as providing prompt and accurate responses which require independent analysis;
- Conduct relevant analysis and assessment of information for periodic report updates;
- Review ideas/suggestions to improve existing workflows as well as to update SOPs;
- Participate in projects involving registry operations and systems
- Any other duties as assigned

**What we are looking for**
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience. Legal qualification or legal training would be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and able to empathise with others
- Strong leadership skill with the ability to lead and manage projects
- Good decision-making skills and able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently as well as a team player who can work collaboratively within and across teams.
