Pre-sales Associate Specialist

Overall responsible for pre-sales activities to engage and follow-up with clients, on selected and qualified opportunities, towards closing of deals and award of contract, in doing so, support the sales lifecycle activities including requirements gathering and clarifications, preparation of proposed solution write-ups (for proposal inserts) and corresponding presentation materials.
- Assist the manager in the day-to-day administrative work
- Required to look after all the marketing operations and manage the customer relationships
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and domain knowledge of assigned customer industry segments.
- Assist to produce the corresponding client presentation materials.
- Participate in clients proposal presentation sessions, in the process of which, support clarification and articulation on the technical segments of the proposed solution, and making necessary and relevant revision based on clients’ feedback, including thought guidance from the Account Manager.
**Experience and Education**:All students, who have yet to complete their program can enrol as part-time interns, fresh graduates looking for jobs can also apply. Ongoing courses (diploma/degree) in business development/sales/pre sales roles, in similar background.
**Language**:Proficient in English (oral and written)
**IT Literacy**:Microsoft office suite, Google functionalities, Adobe Photoshop, various other designing tools and online team collaboration tools.
