**What You'll Do**

As our Studio Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind sales and smooth daily operations. You’ll be responsible for:
**Membership Sales & Growth**
- Proactively engage prospective members, showcase the studio’s offerings, and sell memberships.
- Work towards individual and studio-wide sales targets with opportunities for commission-based earnings.
- Studio Operations & Petty Cash Management
- Manage petty cash, replenish stock, and keep the studio well-supplied.
- Oversee maintenance requests and ensure a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for members and staff.

**Team Support & Reporting**
- Support the over-manager by ensuring staff schedules, shift coverage, and daily operations run smoothly.
- Provide daily sales and performance reports to management.
- Covering of shifts and new employee training

**What We Offer**
- **Base Salary**: SGD 2,800 per month (excluding incentives, up to $400 in incentive and uncapped commission).
- **Incentives & Commission**: Unlimited earning potential through membership sales.
- **Flexible Hours**: 200 hours/month of shift work with flexibility (AM/PM shifts)
- **Annual Leave**: 12 days of paid leave per year.
- **Healthcare Support**: SGD 200 annual medical budget (50% co-share).

- A problem-solver who ensures the studio runs like clockwork.
- Physically fit and able to join the classes to better understand Pilates
